Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and shipping address. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and 2-4 business days for delivery based on the transit time of the selected service (although most arrive in 2-3 days).
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Drover Cowboy Threads guarantees delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Shipping To PO Boxes
Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Currently we only ship to the 50 states in the USA.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

You may return your order within 30 days from the receipt of order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, must not show any evidence of wear, must be returned with all its original tags and in the same condition that you received it. We advise you to inspect and try on all items before removing the tags. Gift cards are non-returnable items.
There are no returns on clearance items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are normally processed within 1 day of being received. Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be fully processed. This takes into consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
There will be no refunds or value credited to bonus items that the consumer received as free. For example, “Buy 2 Women’s Tops, receive the Silver Feather Necklace Free.” The necklace must be returned, but the value of the free necklace will not be refunded since it was not paid for originally.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks, please check your account or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted with them.
