What size should I order?
Drover carries a wide range of sizes as part of our commitment to give you the style, selection, and fit you are looking for. We cannot guarantee a certain style or size will fit, but here is some advice that should help you order the proper size.
Men’s Woven Shirts: These are Classic Fit and they run just a little larger. These shirts were created for style and comfort, but also for use as a cowboy or cowgirl. The sleeves have a little extra length for flexibility, the chest and body a little larger for comfort and movement and the length a little longer to make sure it stays tucked in where you want it.

The other clothing sizes should be about what you would order and wear any other time.
Can I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check the balance of a gift card by logging into your Drover Cowboy Threads account.
How do I cancel my order?
You may or may not be able to. Orders start processing quickly and there is only a short time to do so. To see if your order can be cancelled, go to our Contact Us page and make your request. If we cannot cancel your order, you can return it to us for a refund (except for shipping charges). See the page on Returns and Refunds for more information.
Do you ship Internationally?
No. Sorry, we do not ship orders internationally. Only in the 50 United States.
Has my order shipped and when will it arrive?
You can find your order status by going to order tracking provided to you in an email after your purchase or logging into your Drover Cowboy Threads account.
Why don't you pay for return shipping?
Unfortunately there are no refunds for shipping, unless we made a mistake by sending you the wrong product or size you did not order, or if the product was defective. The good news is that, if for any other reason, you ordered the wrong size or didn’t like the product, we do not charge you a restocking fee for your return.
Do you accept PayPal/Checks/Money Order/COD?
Yes, we accept PayPal. However, we do not accept Checks, Money Orders or COD.
The address I typed is correct, but the system will not accept it. What should I do?
Check that the address you typed matches the address on file with your credit card company. If it does, and you are still having a problem; please contact us for assistance.
Can I use a debit card?
Yes, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.
Why does my card show two charges?
Don’t worry. One of the charges is temporary. When a purchase is made, an authorization amount is placed on your credit/debit card that temporarily holds the funds. This is not actually a charge on your card. Once your order ships, this authorization becomes an approval and charges your account.
