Returns

You may return your order within 30 days from the receipt of order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, must not show any evidence of wear, must be returned with all its original tags and in the same condition that you received it.  We advise you to inspect and try on all items before removing the tags. Gift cards are non-returnable items.

There are no returns on clearance items.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refunds

Refunds are normally processed within 1 day of being received.  Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be fully processed. This takes into consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.

There will be no refunds or value credited to bonus items that the consumer received as free.  For example, “Buy 2 Signature Series Shirts, receive a free t-shirt.” The t-shirt must be returned, but the value of the free t-shirt will not be refunded since it was not paid for originally.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks, please check your account or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted with them.

Exchanges for a different size of the same product.

Email us your desire to exchange your product for a different size and we will email you a free return label.  Then return the item to us, including the packing slip so we know what your order was, with a note on what size you need and we will send you the new size.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, must not show any evidence of wear, must be returned with all its original tags and in the same condition that you received it. 

Exchanges are only allowed for a different size of the same style or if the item was defective or damaged.  Not liking a product and wanting a different product is considered a return and you must pay to ship the product back to us to get a different style.
