Returns

You may return your order within 30 days from the receipt of order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, must not show any evidence of wear, must be returned with all its original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We advise you to inspect and try on all items before removing the tags. Gift cards are non-returnable items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  There are no returns on clearance items.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns received without a receipt will be returned to the customer.

Refunds

Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be fully processed. This takes into consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.

There will be no refunds or value credited to bonus items that the consumer received as free.  For example, “Buy 2 Women’s Tops, receive the Silver Feather Necklace Free.” The necklace must be returned, but the value of the free necklace will not be refunded since it was not paid for originally.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks, please check your account or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted with them.

Exchanges

YOU MUST SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO US AT YOUR EXPENSE AND WE WILL PAY THE SHIPPING OF THE CORRECT SIZE ITEMS BACK TO YOU.   

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, must not show any evidence of wear, must be returned with all its original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges are only allowed for a different size of the same style or if the item was defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 
USPS Shipping Label

(A small return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid USPS return label is used to return your item(s). If it's defective or we made a mistake, the fee will be waived).

Shipping Cost

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
