Free Returns & Exchanges
We offer free returns and free exchanges on eligible items within 90 days from the receipt of your order.
To start a return or exchange, simply email us at cs@drovercowboythreads.com letting us know what you would like to do. We will email you a prepaid, free return shipping label.
How to Send Your Item Back
- Pack Your Items: Package the items securely. You must include your original packing slip inside the package so our warehouse team can identify your order.
⚠️ IMPORTANT PACKAGING NOTE ⚠️
Your free return label is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your original package. Please return the items to us using the original packaging or an envelope of a similar size. Returning your order in a significantly larger box or envelope could incur additional shipping charges to you.
- Include a Note: Write a quick note on or with your packing slip telling us exactly what you want:
- For a Return: Note that you want a refund.
- For an Exchange: Note the exact size and style you would like to receive.
- Attach the Label & Ship: Print your free return label, stick it on the package, and mail with carrier
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund or a size/style exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Must be unused, unworn, and show no evidence of wear.
- Must be returned with all original tags attached.
- Must be in the same condition that you received it.
Tip: We highly advise you to inspect and try on all items BEFORE REMOVING ANY TAGS!
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance Items: There are no returns or exchanges on clearance items. All sales are final.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges from your initial purchase are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are normally processed within 1 day of arriving at our facility. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be fully completed. This window covers transit time back to our warehouse, a full inspection of the items, and your bank's credit processing time. You will receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is processed.
Bonus & Free Items: There are no cash refunds or value credits issued for items you received for free as part of a promotion (e.g., “Buy 2 Signature Series Shirts, receive a free t-shirt”). If you return the paid items, the free t-shirt must also be returned.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 2 weeks from tracking delivery, please check your bank account or credit card company first, as it can take them a few business days to officially post the credit.
