Returns
You may return your order within 30 days from the receipt of order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, must not show any evidence of wear, must be returned with all its original tags and in the same condition that you received it. We advise you to inspect and try on all items before removing the tags. Gift cards are non-returnable items.
There are no returns on clearance items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are normally processed within 1 day of being received. Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be fully processed. This takes into consideration the transit time of the return package back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation.There will be no refunds or value credited to bonus items that the consumer received as free. For example, “Buy 2 Women’s Tops, receive the Silver Feather Necklace Free.” The necklace must be returned, but the value of the free necklace will not be refunded since it was not paid for originally.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks, please check your account or credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted with them.

Exchanges
YOU MUST SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO US AT YOUR EXPENSE AND PAY FOR THE CORRECT SIZE TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, must not show any evidence of wear, must be returned with all its original tags and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges are only allowed for a different size of the same style or if the item was defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:
