Our Promise

We'll work diligently to have your orders filled and shipped out as early as possible. Your satisfaction is our motivation, and we want to get you your products as quickly as we can.

  • All orders are processed upon receipt.
  • We kindly ask that you allow up to 2 business days for processing and filling your order.
  • Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for weekends, holidays or non-business days.
  • Shipping costs are dependent on weight, shipping address, and shipping method.
  • Shipping method is selected at checkout by you.
  • Packages will be shipped in the order they are received.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and shipping address. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and 2-4 business days for delivery based on the transit time of the selected service (although most arrive in 2-3 days).

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully!

Drover Cowboy Threads reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Drover Cowboy Threads guarantees delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Shipping To PO Boxes

Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

International Shipping

Currently we only ship to the 50 states in the USA.

Order Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.


Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
